Greensburg was a quaint Western Kansas town when an extremely powerful tornado ripped the town to pieces, tearing down 95% of the buildings. 4 years after the tornado, the town is becoming even more vibrant than before. But still, entire blocks remain abandoned, houses are unlivable, and "FEMA-town" has not be cleared of temporary dwellings.
Greensburg Greentown is the non-profit organization helping in the recovery.
